Loving them :)
Was excited to get these, but they fell apart after 4 months. No big deal I thought, I'll just ask for a replacement after sending a picture. What followed has been the worst customer service experience of my life (and it's still going). After 6 weeks of emails, instead of simply sending a replacement, they sent me a gift card for an amount that doesn't even cover a new pair. Then when I point this out, they ghosted me. It's been insane. Buy with caution and hope to god your sandals don't fall apart. Otherwise, I loved the sandals while I had them. The company however, an absolute shitshow.
I walk everywhere and the Teva XL2 is hands down the most comfortable and versatile walking shoe in that it can get wet and it remains comfortable no matter the conditions underfoot.
After the purchase, waited for a week for the arrival, I got a note that it was returned, and it was sold out
I have been wearing tevas since the early 90’s and they are the only brand I relyed on I still today own 3 pair one is fairly new mostly because I’m not a big fan of the style the second pair are my newest set which I’ve had just over a year now got them from MEC this is the pair that has kind of changed my opinion of your product they are basicly falling apart the sole is split to the point that I can’t wear them anymore poor material , third pair I’ve had for going on 8 years I’m thinking and they have split on the bottom ( I have used shoe goo to fix them ) but I have now gone back to these as they still out perform the newer ones by a long shot I did go back to mec but they couldn’t help me I thought I would reach out to you people to see if there was anyway you could help me regain my loyalty with your company .
