Bought what I thought was a flagship model for Teva sandals - they should be, given the price. Wore them a handful of times (during summer) and to be very honest, this was used for casual walking around town and the nearby beach, nothing close to hiking or what you would expect to use these for (perhaps some rougher use in an outdoorsy, coastal setting, or a trail??). On my first actual vacation to a warm, humid climate, the strap for one of the sandals pulled out from the foot sole. This happened on resort, in Mexico - hardly what I would call strenuous use. Contacted Teva and they would not help since this was just outside the 1 yr warranty. You can see from the picture of the outsole tread how much walking these sandals actually saw - not much! Will never buy Teva again.
i have worn Teva sandals for many years. They used to be great but not anymore. The Teva “Toachi” was the best water sandal ever. It had built in water drainage, and a quick buckle for the top strap so after fitting it was very easy to get in and out of without redoing the velcro. unfortunately it was discontinued. I bought the Terra Fi 5 and on the second trip the heel strap separated from the sole. Less than 8 months!! The sole design is great (very comfortable with good arch support), the strap design is also good - but the manufacturing is sub-par. It should either be a continuous strap under the heel - or the strap should be stitched to the sole because the glue isn’t working. Save your money and you will not experience the thrill of your foot ware becoming non-functional on a trail in Costa Rica!
Unfortunately, they were Men's size 9... NOT Ladie's size 9. It was also very costly to return them (1/3 of the price of the sandal!) therefore, I have lost too much money to attempt to order a different size.

The web page was easy to navigate, ordering was easy and delivery was as expected. I’ve owned multiple pairs of Teva’s and these are my go to for comfort and style.
