In bad form, cut my heels but pretty

This is my 5th pair of Teva sandals and I always wear size 10 and although these were by far the prettiest I ever purchased, they cut the back of my heels terribly and am still recovering a week later. I had to remove my shoes and eat lunch barefoot because it was too painful to put them back on. So yay bandaids.

Very comfortable, supportive, and great that I can customize the width with the adjustable straps. I’ve been wearing my first pair for 12 summers, still in good condition. Just bought another pair cause I wanted a new colour.

Disappointed

I had this same design several years ago and loved it. However, I can't wear these, the ankle strap is much too high and too small, I can barely make the velcro reach and it hurts the back of my foot. I'm very sad, as I thought this would be an easy safe online purchase. I guess next time I want to buy Teva, I'll make sure to find them in a physical store near me to try them on before purchase (I was so sure these were going to be a perfect fit, I wrote them outside right away, so I can't return them.)
