A year ago I purchased the terra fi sandal, not too long after walking in it, the heel strap pulled out. The sandal was replaced under warranty but the exact same thing happened to the replacement, after Maybe walking 25 km in them. I did contact Teva and sent them a photograph, but because this is a warranty replacement already, this sandal was no longer under warranty. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the current Tevas, I have been purchasing these sandals for years and they have been great, but you can see in the photograph how poorly it is attached. it appears the craftsmanship has changed and the sandal is no longer of quality.
