Rough edges + costly return

TLDR: boots not great. No free shipping, costly to return. Do not recommend.

Boots were on sale for Black Friday and I’m normally a fan of Teva so I thought I would give them a try. I ordered one size up, as many reviews recommended. They were too big but the edge that touched my leg (top of the boot) was very sharp/rough.

I ended up returning but was required to pay my own shipping to do so? I have ordered from Teva in Australia many times and have been provided a return slip. I contacted customer service and was encouraged to “shop around” for best shipping price. Overall was very disappointed in the whole process. I won’t be ordering anything in the future - too much of a hassle and poor customer service.
