ECOMMERCE RETURNS:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original invoice date from customers who purchased their Teva product from this Teva Canada website (www.tevaonline.ca).

Please note: in the event of a return any return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post or FedEx). Teva Canada is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please do not put shipping labels on the product box, we recommend you use the original shipping box for returns. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box is damaged. 

Ecommerce Return Process:  

Return for Refund: Should you wish to return an item and receive a refund, please contact cs@tevaonline.ca with your order #, your email address, item#, description, and reason for return to receive your RA# and further return instructions.

Return for Exchange: Unfortunately we are not able to offer product exchanges in our system at this time.  You may however follow the returns procedure above to return the item and then place a new order (for the replacement).

Important Information about Our Standard Return Process:

The product being returned must be free of wear and tear with original tags on the product.  The item must be in unworn condition (no dirt and debris on the sole or upper). Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and refunds will not be processed. Product packaging must be in original new condition (no writing or shipping labels on the exterior of the product box)
