Terrible sizing & Return Policy

Terrible sizing. I originally got a 9 they were way to big then I had to return them and pay $30 because they don’t do a return label and then got an 8 which were way to small and had to spend another $30 to return those. Will not be purchasing products from this company. Very disappointed…. Still waiting for refunds too and it’s been over 2 weeks, they also require the original packing slip for any returns which is ridiculous because not everyone knows this and you can’t reprint one either so make sure if you want to do a return you’re well informed of their policies.

Your return policy is archaic and brutal. You require the physical packing slip from the box??? Give me a break, an electronic receipt of purchase doesn’t cut it??? Get with the times donkeys!!

very poor customer service

This parcel was sent by Canada Post so had to wait a long time to find they are way too big. Beware of return policy -shipping back costs half as much as the shoes!
Customer service is extremely lacking. Will never shop here again

Very comfortable

I really enjoy the warmth of these and was shocked with how comfortable they are. Really happy with my choice

Love them, easy to slip on and very comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and the insole is very soft on my heel and easy to walk in. I wear size 7, they are true to size.
