So comfortable!

This was my first pair of Teva sandals and so far they have not disappointed. I appreciate how adjustable the velcro straps are (in 3 different spots) which allow for maximum comfort and ensure they do not dig in. And the sole is incredibly comfortable - I feel like I can walk miles without getting blisters.

Comfy sole but straps hurt

These have an extremely comfortable sole but the front strap ripped open my big toe. If I loosen the strap then it’s too loose and my foot slides. The plastic piece that holds the rear strap digs into my ankle which makes it uncomfortable. Again if I loosen it my foot slides. I also find them wide, which is great for people with wide feet, however, that’s not me. I wanted to love them but I just don’t see myself wearing them much which sucks as I was looking for a really good hiking sandal for the summer. They also make my feet sweaty 🥵. If the fit were better I’d love them. I’m a true 6, so maybe Teva just fits big. Wish I would’ve bought them from a store that allows returns even after wearing them.

Horrible communication and shipping

Order was not delivered and I received zero communication from either Teva or shipper. Tracking option did not tell me anything so I had to contact the shipping company to find out that my order was returned to teva due to an address problem. Again I had to contact teva a few times after that to ask what was happening with my order and today, 3 weeks from ordering, they have told me my order has been cancelled and I’m now waiting for a refund. I have not had any issues with other couriers, I would still like to order but, I guess they don’t want my business.

I love my sandals

I was going to return them because I thought they were too big, and I am so glad I didn’t. They are so comfortable, I love them.
