Adding to the trend here. I trusted these like my Terra Fi 4s that had gone for over a decade. The heel ripped out less than 5km into my 1st hike with them and nearly tripped me off a cliff in the process. Teva needs to get their quality under control here.
They weren't able to replace my sandals under warranty due to stock and only offered a gift card for part of their sale price instead. Truly terrible experience.
Very happy with them, i have purchased quite a few pair over the last few years. I actually had a pair tore apart, that were only 2 years old with little wear on them. I was suprised they blew out. Ive had good wear on them usually.
My previous top of line Teva river sandal lasted along time. I was a little worried these would be different or changed for the worse. I'm pleased they are very similar.

Best sandals ever and definitely the most comfortable
Same thing here. The rear strap is broken after only 24 months. My previous pair lasted 10-15 years. I will not buy Teva anymore. Sad.
