I have had to reglue (goop) all 4 straps and soles on both sandals. That is 8 straps and 2 soles, obviously a manufacturing defect.
Asked for a goodwill replacement as they are only 16 months old, 4 months out of warranty. Refused. What was once a good product is off my list when they won’t support an obvious defect.
