Enjoyed Tevas for last 15-20years. Tried to get replacement for worn out Tevas. Bought one pair, not close to earlier pairs, bought another pair, same problem. Just cannot find equivalents. Newer models, unlike technology, just not as good. This applies to design as well as quality.
Too many straps. I had trouble getting a proper fit because when you snug things up your foot moves forward so toes are at the front edge but lots of room still behind the heel. Tightening the toe strap helped but put pressure on my little toes. Also tough to just slip on or do up one handed. Stick with the simple two strap sandals. They’re way cheaper too.

Like others that have left reviews, my husband wore these less than a year and the strap broke. His last pair lasted for years. I did email Teva and gave them the opportunity to make this right, however they did not resolve the situation to our satisfaction. I would not recommend these.
Nice fusion of streetwear / hiker in the Verge, but they do not last long. I owned mine just over a year (two summers) before the right foot front right strap released from the footbed. I was surprised to learn the ~2in. of webbing was only fastened under the insole with glue. I swam in them once. The Hurricane Verge has nothing on my 10+ year-old Birkenstock Milanos in oiled leather.
